Attendees will be required to secure a spot with a nonrefundable deposit. Attendees can opt to pay the full amount initially or make payments. The full cost must be paid at least 7 days prior to the retreat. 

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and we strive to be flexible while ensuring the sustainability of our retreat. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your payment to another person who can attend in your place (please notify us at least 7 days before the retreat). 

If Reflect and Connect Retreats cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive 100% refund of all payments made, including deposits.
